Center Street Wine & Spirits Return Policy
Every effort is made to get your package to you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
All sales are considered final at time of purchase except where noted below:
All returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within 15 days of shipment and must meet the following guidelines or we will not be able to process them.
If the box that your order is shipped in is damaged but the wines remain undamaged we will not accept returns.
If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of the products that were damaged and contact us right away so that we can process your claim. Please note that we may require you to send a photo of the damaged wine (including close ups of labels) or return the item to us.
If what you received is not what you ordered as stated on the invoice, contact us and we will try to assist you as quickly as possible. Please keep the packaging and contact us right away. Please note that we may require you to send a photo of the wine (including close ups of labels) sent to you in order for us to process your claim.
If you suspect the bottle is corked, spoiled or is tainted in any other way, please call or email us to remedy the situation. In such instances, keep the wine in the bottle and reseal it with the original cork. Then ship it back to us. We cannot return empty bottles. All items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%.
Center Street Wine & Spirits does not offer any guarantee on closeout and/or clearance items. We do not take exchanges on closeout and/or clearance items. If your closeout and/or clearance item is damaged in shipping we will replace it if we have that item available when you contact us, otherwise a store credit will be issued.
� We will not accept returns for items unless the original receipt is provided. This applies to damaged items as well.
� If the item is one that we no longer carry or a past vintage (unless it has changed within the last month) we cannot accept the item for credit.
� If the receipt provided is more than 30 days old we cannot process a return.
If you wish to return a product and exchange it for another item you may do so within 5 days of the shipping date so long as the product is unopened and unused per inspection upon return & the product is undamaged upon arrival at our warehouse. Center Street Wine & Spirits is not responsible for products damaged in return shipping that will have to be settled between you and the shipping company. Once received and processed, we will issue a PayPal request to you for the cost of shipping the exchanged item, shipping charges are listed in our shipping policy. If you return an item for any other reason for credit, the original shipping charges will not be refunded because the item was shipped to you, however, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item returned.
