Prices are subject to change without notice. We are bound by the State of Connecticut pricing laws which frequently change. We do our best to update these price changes on the web site, however there are occasions when time constraints do not allow for an immediate change. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Center Street Wine & Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. SHIPPING INFO
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For your convenience, most orders are sent via FedEx to get them to you as quickly as possible. All items delivered must be received by and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. This means that you must be present at the time of delivery. More information below.
AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES!
We encourage you to use a commercial business address such as your office to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center it originally shipped from. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages. A restocking fee will also apply.
Center Street Wine & Spirits recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order with us you have represented to Center Street Wine & Spirits that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. Again, this means that you must be present at the time of delivery. This is why we encourage you to use a business address if you are not going to be available for home delivery.
We do not ship any alcoholic beverages to PO Boxes nor do we ship internationally.
All items are sold from our licensed location in Connecticut. Title of the goods then passes to the buyer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship into any state outside of Connecticut. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment. By placing an order, you authorize us to act as an agent on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship your order to your selected designation.
Center Street Wine & Spirits makes every effort to deliver the best customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with your order with respect to vintages, size, or any other specifics involving your order, please contact us right away. These issues must be communicated to us within 5 days of your receipt of the package in order to remedy the situation to the best of our ability. See Return Policy for further information.

We would like to remind you that various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction by a purchaser from another state without requiring the purchaser, a seller or shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Center Street Wine & Spirits does not, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying or obtaining any permits or licenses. Therefore, we recommend that you investigate the possibility of such limitations and determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages shall be brought into your state from Connecticut so as to comply with all of your state's requirements.

Maximum Order: We will ship a maximum amount of two (2) cases per order. You can place more than one order in applicable states (http://www.wineinstitute.org/shipwine).
Shipping Options
Please note: Shipping times begin at the time that we are able to ship your order. The actual time to process your order can take 1-4 business days from when the order was placed. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. This does not apply to orders by mail unless an email address is provided to us with your written order.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
Every effort is made to ensure that the items on the web site are available and in stock. In some cases we may have a backordered item or an item that has been discontinued. In most cases your order will be shipped and we will notify you of the backordered and/or discontinued item.
If the backordered item is over $20.00, and we have already shipped the balance of your order; we will then ship the item to you at no additional cost when it arrives in our store. If your backorder total is under $20.00 then we will contact you and issue a credit. If an item has been discontinued we will issue you a credit if applicable. We reserve the right to hold orders until all items are available for shipping.
Cancellation: A restocking or cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed.
If we do not have the item that you are looking for we would be happy to try and special order it for you. Please note that all special orders are done in full case quantities only and subject to final confirmation.
All sales are final: no returns, exchanges or discounts applicable.

Every effort is made to accommodate holiday shipping dates. We do not guarantee holiday shipping arrivals. We will alert you as to the last day to get an item by a holiday according to shipping company guidelines.
